The Ottawa Methods Centre (OMC) does not accept uploaded files containing personal identifiers such as: name, initials, full date of birth, OHIP number, hospital number, medical record number, etc. It is mandatory that participants be de-identified prior to uploading files to this portal. Uploaded files will be saved in the secure physical server (not cloud-based) which is located in the Ottawa Hospital data centre.
